Our client is currently a Years 7-9 campus transitioning to a full Years 7-12 secondary college over the next few years. 2026 will be the first year with Year 10's. This expansion means they offer unparalleled opportunities for career growth, curriculum development, and leadership.

Our Client is looking for Graduate teachers, experienced teachers and teachers experienced in Curriculum writing.

  • 2 x Science teachers
  • 2 x Mathematics teachers
  • 2 x English teachers
  • 1 x Humanities teacher
  • 1 x Performing Arts teacher
  • 1 x Food Teach Teacher
  • Director of English - Specialist Role
  • Director of Maths - Specialist Role

What Our Client is Looking For and What they Offer

Curriculum & Growth:

  • Significant Curriculum Writing: A key component of all roles will be writing and refining engaging, effective curriculum as they grow and prepare to implement VCE.

  • VCE Preparation: While full VCE teaching loads are a minimum of two years away, successful applicants will be integral in shaping the foundation that will lead to its successful introduction.

  • Career Trajectory: With the school expanding to Year 12, there is immense scope for teachers to step into Coordinator, Leading Teacher, and VCE Team Leader roles.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You understand the unique developmental needs of Years 7-9 students and are committed to this crucial phase of learning.

  • You are resilient, highly organised, and possess strong behaviour management skills.

  • You are excited by the challenge of helping a school rapidly grow and develop its culture and programs.

  • You are a fully registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
